We need someone with a hands-on approach who is eager to make a significant impact by refining and enhancing our production processes. Your role within our team will involve:
- Spearheading initiatives to enhance work processes;
- Managing staff schedules and formulating annual production strategies;
- Creating and maintaining work instructions and competency matrices;
- Coordinating training sessions and overseeing quality systems such as IATF and ISO 14001;
- Automating processes within the Tuft and Backing departments;
- Organising toolbox talks and handling vital administrative tasks.
Who are we looking for?
- A vocational or higher level of education, with analytical and practical skills;
- Exceptional communicative abilities in both Dutch and English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- A proactive approach to work.
