Who are we?
Betap is one of the market leaders in carpet manufacturing, with four modern factories in Genemuiden. Our team of 250 experienced, enthusiastic, and loyal colleagues produces high-quality carpets for the residential, commercial, automotive, and artificial grass markets. Our products can be found in well-known car brands and retail chains in the Netherlands and beyond.
Who are you?
You are analytical and strive for improvement. You do not give up easily and base your decisions on facts and figures, but you also know how to communicate effectively with colleagues. You have completed a vocational or higher education degree, and experience with automotive Core Tools is a plus. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German is an advantage. You are conscientious and know how to address people constructively, without losing sight of the importance of teamwork.
What will you do?
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for:
- Representing the Voice-of-the-Customer;
- Conducting root cause analyses and coordinating improvement plans;
- Analyzing data to develop improvement proposals;
- Communicating with automotive customers about issues and resolving them;
- Helping to set up and maintain automotive Core Tools, such as FMEAs, CPs, and MSAs;
- Representing Quality within the project team for new product development;
- Connecting with departments to identify improvements;
- Promoting quality awareness.

Wie zijn wij
Betap is één van de marktleiders in het produceren van tapijt met 4 moderne fabrieken in Genemuiden. Met een team van 250 ervaren, enthousiaste en loyale collega’s produceren wij hoogwaardige tapijten voor de huishoudelijke, project, automotive en kunstgras markt. Het kan dus goed zijn dat je ons tapijt al eens bent tegen gekomen in één van de grote automerken die wij voorzien van tapijt. Of bij iemand thuis die zijn tapijt heeft gekocht bij bekende winkelketens in Nederland.
Genoeg over ons, wat ga je doen?
- In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het vertegenwoordigen van de Voice-of-the-Customer;
- Het (mede) uitvoeren van oorzaakanalyses en het coördineren van verbeterplannen;
- Het analyseren van data om te komen tot verbetervoorstellen;
- Het contact met automotive klanten over problemen en het oplossen hiervan;
- Het helpen opzetten en onderhouden van automotive Core Tools, zoals FMEA’s, CP’s en MSA’s;
- Het vertegenwoordigen van Quality binnen het projectteam voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten;
- Het verbinden met afdelingen in het zoeken naar verbeteringen;
- Het uitdragen van kwaliteitsbewustzijn.
Wie ben jij?
Je bent analytisch en streeft naar beter. Je bent vasthoudend en geeft niet snel op. Je baseert je op facts and figures, maar weet ook verbinding te leggen met collega’s. Je verdiept je in de technische materie, maar begrijpt ook de schakels in de supply chain. Je beschikt over een afgerond mbo/hbo-opleiding. Ervaring met de automotive Core Tools is een pré. Beheersing van de Engelste taal is een must en beheersing van de Duitse taal een pré. Je bent consciëntieus, je weet mensen aan te spreken, zonder de kracht van samenwerken uit het oog te verliezen.
